Pastor Miguel Juarez Sr.
Pastor Miguel Juarez Sr. and his wife, Cindy Juarez, are the senior pastors of Iglesia Maranatha. Pastor Miguel has carried the Gospel since he gave his life to the Lord at age 15 in 1975, and together he and Cindy lead our church family with warmth, prayer, and a steady commitment to the Word. They invite everyone to come as they are and find a home here.
Doctors said he should not have survived. By God, he was healed and lived.
How did you come to the Lord?
When I was young, my father developed cirrhosis of the liver, a scarring and incurable disease. Desperate, I prayed to the Lord for a miracle for my father's sake. This was the moment the Lord entered and saved my life, answered my prayer, and healed my father.
When did you realize you were called to ministry?
Upon receiving my salvation at age 15, back in 1975, I knew and felt an undeniable call in my heart to serve as a pastor.
One of your most impactful testimonies?
My father's healing from cirrhosis. Doctors said he should not have survived. By God, he was healed and lived. This miracle opened my eyes to the Lord's love, mercy, and power.
How would you describe Iglesia Maranatha?
A family-oriented and Bible-centered church. We believe in unity and prepare the next generation to carry and share the torch of the Gospel. We enjoy fellowship and quality time together as a church family.
